One Pot Complete Curry
This yummy, healthy lentil curry uses all shelf stable ingredients and comes together quickly in one pot. Ideal for camping and backpacking!

- 1 3.5oz pkg Yumbini Curried Turmeric Lentils and Rice
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup Roasted Cashews or almonds or walnuts
- Cilantro, coconut, unsweetened yogurt, chopped apple optional garnishes
Empty pouch of Yumbini into a pot.
Add 3/4 cup water. Hint: you can measure 3/4 cup water in the empty Yumbini bag (see instructions on the bag).
Heat until boiling.
Turn off heat and wait 3 minutes.
Add raisins and cashews. Garnish if desired and enjoy!!
