One Pot Crunchy BBQ Beans
Jazz up our Cowboy BBQ Pinto Beans and Rice to make a yummy one pot meal! Ideal for camping and backpacking!

- 1 3.5oz pkg Yumbini Cowboy BBQ Pinto Beans and Rice
- 3/4 cup Water cold/room temperature
- 1/3 cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (pepitas)
- 3/4 cup Yellow or Green Bell Pepper chopped
- Pickled onion, pickle relish, pineapple optional garnishes
Empty pouch of Yumbini into a pot.
Add 3/4 cup water. Hint: you can measure 3/4 cup water in the empty Yumbini pouch (see instructions on pouch).
Heat on stove.
While Yumbini is heating, chop the bell pepper.
When Yumbini is boiling rapidly, turn off heat.
Wait 3 minutes.
Add pumpkin seeds, chopped bell pepper and any desired garnishes. Enjoy!
