Ultimate Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 3.5 oz pkg Yumbini Smoky Chipotle Black Beans and Rice
  • 1 10" Flour Tortilla
  • Shredded Cheese optional
  • Salsa of your choice optional
  • Chopped avocado or guacamole optional
  • Shredded cabbage or lettuce optional
  • Sour Cream optional
  • Chopped onion, bell pepper or tomato optional

Instructions

  • Prepare Yumbini Smoky Chipotle Black Beans and Rice with 3/4 cup water, according to package directions, set aside.
  • While Yumbini is cooking, prepare the other ingredients you want in your burrito.
  • Place the tortilla on a large microwave safe plate and microwave 15-30 seconds until warm and pliable.
  • Spread Yumbini in center of tortilla.
  • Add other ingredients of your choice.
  • Fold up the bottom, then the sides, and finally the top to make the perfect burrito.
  • Makes one large or two medium burritos (depending on how carried away you get with toppings!).
