Prepared according to package directions

Plain, unsweetened yogurt

Fresh Cilantro

Chopped red onion

Chopped tomato
Instructions
Prepare Yumbini with water according to package directions. Set aside.
Rinse and chop the cilantro, red onion and tomato.
When Yumbini is room temperature, mix with chopped vegetables and unsweetened yogurt.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
