Refund Policy

Because we are selling food, for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. However, we strive to provide the highest quality products. Therefore, if you feel our product is defective, please contact us via our contact page for a refund. Please provide: 1) the name of the product, 2) where purchased, 3) receipt/proof of purchase, 4) the production code printed on the package, and 5) why you think the product is defective.

Please do not send products back to us unless we request you to do so.

Note that our refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
