One Pot Crunchy BBQ Beans
Jazz up our Cowboy BBQ Pinto Beans and Rice to make a yummy one pot meal! Ideal for camping and backpacking!

Ingredients
- 1 3.5oz pkg Yumbini Cowboy BBQ Pinto Beans and Rice
- 3/4 cup Water cold/room temperature
- 1/3 cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (pepitas)
- 3/4 cup Yellow or Green Bell Pepper chopped
- Pickled onion, pickle relish, pineapple optional garnishes
Instructions
- Empty pouch of Yumbini into a pot.
- Add 3/4 cup water. Hint: you can measure 3/4 cup water in the empty Yumbini pouch (see instructions on pouch).
- Heat on stove.
- While Yumbini is heating, chop the bell pepper.
- When Yumbini is boiling rapidly, turn off heat.
- Wait 3 minutes.
- Add pumpkin seeds, chopped bell pepper and any desired garnishes. Enjoy!
