Ingredients

  • 1 3.5 oz pkg Yumbini Smoky Chipotle Black Beans and Rice
  • 1 cup Salad Greens packed
  • Sliced Onion optional
  • Chopped Tomato optional
  • Chopped avocado or guacamole optional
  • Grated Cheese optional
  • Cut corn fresh, frozen or canned, optional
  • Peppers mild or spicy, your choice, optional
  • Sour cream or crema optional
  • Anything else that sounds good

Instructions

  • Prepare the Yumbini with 3/4 cup water according to package directions.
  • While it is cooking and cooling, prepare the ingredients for your burrito bowl.
  • Rinse salad greens and put in the bottom of a medium sized bowl.
    Cooking with Yumbini is so easy and fast.
  • Add Yumbini on top.
    Easy one dish healthy meal.
  • Add all the other ingredients on top of the Yumbini.
    Easy and fast to make a burrito bowl or other bean and grain salad.
