Creamy Rosemary Kale Bean Soup
Fast, simple and super satisfying! Only three ingredients! Yumbini provides all the flavor so you don't have to worry about it.

Ingredients
- 1 3.5oz pkg Yumbini Mild & Creamy Red Beans and Rice dry
- 1 3/4 cup Water
- 1 small sprig Fresh Rosemary (about 1") or 1/8 tsp dried Rosemary
- 6 leaves Fresh Kale cleaned and chopped
- Salt & Pepper optional, to taste
- Lemon juice optional, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Yumbini Mild & Creamy Red Beans and Rice with the water in a medium sized pot. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling.
- While the Yumbini and water is heating, rinse the kale and separate and discard any tough stems. Chop into small (1/2-3/4") pieces.
- When Yumbini and water is boiling, add kale.
- Cut rosemary leaves with scissors and add to the pot.
- Return to boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and/or lemon juice to taste. Enjoy!
